My snowmobile

I used the Yamaha RX1, with its engine base issued from the famous R1 motorbike for Raid Harricana.
No modifications are allowed to either engine or chassis for Raid Harricana.

Stronger shock absorbers were installed on my snowmobile and larger pads added to help endure bumps in the circuit at a speed of over 140 km/hr.

To give you an idea of what we endured during Raid Harricana, we had to replace the shock absorbers every two days.

Despite the fact we had the firmest Racing suspension possible which, on a snowmobile used on ordinary tracks, would last two years.
